You can find all the fun of a s’more and a lollipop in one place - just pop a s'more on a stick!

These sweet delights make a great sleepover treat and can be made by the kiddies as an activity, or you can make them the day before to give you more time to enjoy the evening.
Sweet, chocolaty and crunchy, these pops are popular with everyone, so make extra for parents passing through!
Ingredients:
12 Marshmallows
6 Graham Crackers
1 Bar of 70% dark coca
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of honey
Directions:
Place a lollypop stick into each marshmallow and set them aside while you crush the graham crackers. Then fill a medium saucepan halfway with water and bring to a rolling boil. Create a double boil by topping the saucepan with a glass mixing-bowl large enough to rest on top.
Next, add the bar of cocoa chopped or broken into small pieces, butter, and honey to the bowl and mix until melted.
Dip the marshmallows into the chocolate and then roll them into the graham cracker crumble. Place bottom-side down on a plate covered in parchment paper and repeat the process until all the marshmallows are completely covered.
Allow them to cool in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
