Frosty the Snowman meets the summer s’more in this recipe to give your Christmas cookies a fun and thematic twist. Simple enough to make that your little kitchen elves can help, and festive enough to warm the hearts of both your young and old guests, let this very jolly soul add a holiday sparkle to your next cookie party.

Ingredients:
chocolate morsels or chips
mini marshmallows
Handful of white decorative sugar beads
Directions:
Roll your sugar cookie dough into little balls, about a tablespoon worth.
Place your sugar cookie batter balls on a baking tray and then use a spoon to indent the center of each ball. And then, inside the indention, place a marshmallow and 2 chocolate drops/chips just above (these will create the snowman eyes and nose once the cookie is baked).
Bake in an oven pre-heated at 350F for 10 minutes or until ready. Once cooled, use the white decorative sugar beads to create the snowman smile by brushing icing sugar in the shape of a smile and then placing the beads in a smile pattern under the nose.
Allow the smile to set for up to an hour, and then serve.
