This champagne cocktail offers bubbly romance in every sip, so you and your guests are sure to fall in love with the recipe!
We mixed our sparkling pear and vanilla drink for an anniversary celebration, and it really turned out to be the perfect partner to the special toast we made at the party. And while no anniversary party is complete without a romantic glass of bubbly, this drink is certainly a perfect choice for most any special occasion.

The cocktail offers a hint of sweet pear and vanilla, making it smooth and perfect for a mixed crowd of champagne drinkers who may love the bubbly or simply enjoy a glass when toasting.
Pear slivers and a dash of vanilla extract make ordinary Champagne come alive, creating a bubbly cocktail that is not only simple to make but easy to enjoy.
Ingredients:
Champagne or sparkling wine
3-4 thinly sliced pear slivers
1 tiny drop of Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Drop a small amount, less than a teaspoon, more like a rain drop, of the vanilla extract into the champagne glass. Then, pour the bubbly into the flute to top off.
Garnish with a few small fresh pear slivers and serve chilled.
If you prefer, you can replace the drop of vanilla extract with a 1/2 an ounce of vanilla vodka for an even stronger sip.
