Served as both a mocktail or a cocktail, this eas pear punch recipe is full of sweet flavor and autumn delight that everyone will enjoy at your next fall or Halloween party.
Requiring only three ingredients, this punch not only makes for a simple party drink, it also versatile so that both the younger and older partygoers can pour their own glass so you don't have to worry!
3 ounces of Sparkling Pear Cider
1 ounce of Sparking Wine (optional)
1 teaspoon of butterscotch syrup
Pear Slices for garnish
In a punch glass add a teaspoon of butterscotch syrup to the bottom of the glass before adding the ice and sparkling pear cider (and sparkling wine if you are making a cocktail).
Before serving add a slice of pear to the glass for garnish, it not only looks pretty, but it also makes a great dipping fruit for getting those last drops of butterscotch out of your punch glass.
NOTE: This recipe is for an individual serving, but you can certainly create a bowl of pear punch for your party and have the butterscotch and pear garnishes on the side for your guests to serve themselves.
If you do, we recommend sprinkling the pear garnishes with a bit of orange juice to prevent them from turning brown - but just a bit! You don't want to overwhelm them with orange flavor.
