Spiced Garlic Spinach and Red Swiss Chard

This is a great salad substitute for any Holiday Meal.

Ingredients

2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
4 Bags Leafed Spinach - Stemmed
2 Bunches Red Swiss Chard
1 Pinch Salt - to taste

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Stir in garlic and pepper flakes: saute just until fragrant.

Add spinach, tossing with tongs until wilted; season with salt.
