2 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
4 bags Leafed Spinach - Stemmed
2 bunches Red Swiss Chard
1 pinch Salt - to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Stir in garlic and pepper flakes: saute just until fragrant.
Add spinach, tossing with tongs until wilted; season with salt.
