Spicy Beer Cocktail

Tailgating parties are the norm with fall weekends here and some sort of alcoholic beverage is always necessary at any game-day gathering.

Of course the most popular beverage is a good 'ol bottle of beer, and while a beer will certainly hit the spot perfectly most days, special tailgates deserve a special cocktail. Since beer is such a popular choice and always sure to be found at a tailgate, I wanted to mix up a cocktail using beer.

To make this cocktail all you need is 1 lime and powdered pico de gallo to go with your bottle of beer, all ingredients which are easy to get a hand on as well as easy to transport to a tailgate. Mix everything together and you’ve got a spicy, citrus beer cocktail.

Ingredients:

1 bottle beer, of your choice

Juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon powdered Pico de Gallo

Directions:

Pour the beer into a glass. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime into the beer and then sprinkle the powdered pico de gallo on top. Serve and enjoy!
