Using recycled glass pots, and dainty ceramic spoons, these flowerpots are the perfect treat for an afternoon party outdoors. Bursting with rich chocolate flavor, you may be surprised when you first glance at the ingredient list, but you'll also be amazed when you try them.
These no-bake chocolate puddings are as good for you as they are good to eat, especially when you accent them with a floral lollipop.
Ingredients:
6 Ripe Has Avocados
3/4 cup of cocoa powder
6 tablespoons of honey
2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoon of coconut milk
2 cups of chocolate graham crackers
Directions:
Peel and halve your avocado before adding it, and your cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract and coconut milk to a food processor.
Puree the contents until smooth, and then add to your miniature flowerpots. Grind your graham crackers into a fine mixture and then top your flowerpots with a ‘top soil’ of chocolate graham crackers.
Garnish with a floral lollipop and serve.
