Ingredients:

1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

4-6 strawberries, chopped or sliced
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
3 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
Directions:
In a small, shallow bowl, combine egg substitute, skim milk, extracts, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk until combined.
