Celebrations Expert
A sugar-free version of the classic.
Ingredients
2 Ounces white rum (white rum has far fewer calories than its darker counterpart)
1 packet packet Splenda (or other low-cal sweetener of your choice)
1 Ounce fresh lime juice
1 Ounce club soda or seltzer
A small handful mint leaves
and ice (as needed)
Directions
Combine the Splenda with the mint leaves at the bottom of a glass.
Muddle the concoction.
Add ice, rum, and lime juice.
Pour into shaker and back into glass to mix.
Top off with club soda and garnish with piece of lime.
