Summer S'mores with a Twist

Traditional, toasted coconut or strawberry...which s'more are you making? There are lots of flavored marshmallows out there that are just waiting to jazz up your s'mores. There are also tons of alternatives to graham crackers to sandwich them between.

Who knew our favorite summertime sweet could be mixed, matched and sandwiched so creatively!? We're experimenting with all the cookies, crackers and marshmallows we can get our hands on, and we're encouraging you to do the same.

While the classic s'mores will always have a special place in our hearts, there's just too much ooey-gooey goodness waiting in these extreme sandwiches to pass up. So, at your next outdoor celebration, set out a platter with a variety of flavored marshmallows and let the yumminess begin!

Toast your flavored marshmallows just as you would the traditional kind, then plop on the graham and top with chocolate and another cracker.

To really get creative, try using different kinds of chocolate - dark, semi-sweet, milk, white, almond, etc.

And if that's not enough crazy s'more fun, try sandwiching your chocolate and mallow between your favorite cookies, like we did with our annual Girl Scout cookie purchase.
