Sun dried tomatoes always add a fresh, rich flavor to any dip. Combine it with the popular middle-eastern snack, hummus, and you have a dip that is sure to be an instant favorite!
Ingredients
1 can (16 ounces) chick peas or garbanzos, rinsed and drained
1/2 Cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Light Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic
2 green onions, chopped
Directions
In food processor or blender, process all ingredients except green onions until smooth.
Stir in green onions.
Garnish, if desired, with paprika, olive oil and additional chopped green onion.
Serve with pita bread or your favorite dippers.
