With this cocktail, skip the Champagne and reach for the Prosecco. Bursting with fresh raspberries, I love serving this at brunch for its tart and sweet flavors.
Ingredients
1 Ounce of Orange Juice
3 Ounces of Prosecco
4 Fresh Raspberries
Directions
Place your fresh raspberries in a mixing bowl and gently crush them with the end of a wooden spoon or rolling pin, then scoop them into your cocktail glass.
Add chilled orange juice to the glass and top with the Prosecco.
The result will be a dark pink bubbly drink with plenty of bite.
