Swedish Meatballs

This is one tray of appetizers that always returns to the kitchen quickly and empty. Make these for your next party and you and your guests will be thrilled with this trusted recipe! These are great to serve at a cocktail party on skewers!

Ingredients:

Meatball Ingredients:

3 pounds of chopped meat

1/3 cup of quick oats

1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons of garlic powder

1/8 cup of onion powder

2 eggs

Basting Sauce Ingredients:

6 ounces of beer

1 bottle barbecue sauce

1 tablespoon of garlic powder

1/2  cup of brown sugar

Directions:

For Meatballs:

Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and blend well.

Form meatballs.

Place on grill and cook. Make sure to baste the meatballs with sauce as they cook.

For Basting Sauce:

Blend all of the ingredients in a bowl. Use this sauce to baste your meatballs and watch them come alive!
