French fries rarely go unnoticed at a BBQ, and these fun sweet potato fries offer a twist that will no doubt be a bit hit at your next summer party. Sweet, salty and irresistible, you will be surprised how easy they are to make and how quickly they vanish from the table.
Ingredients
Sweet Potatos
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Directions
Slice the sweet potatoes thinly into strips and then evenly space them on a flat baking tray.
Before placing them in a pre-heated oven set to 385F, lightly season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bake for 45 mins or until golden brown, taking special care to turn them at least once while baking.
Once cooked, remove the sweet potato fries from the heat and season again with salt and pepper.
We like to serve ours alongside a cool dip like a garlic mayonnaise, however there a number of cool dips that compliment sweet potato fries. Try anything from ranch dip to barbeque sauce!
