Top Three Flourless Passover Dessert Recipes

The ultimately tasty topping for any dessert!

Ingredients

1 Cup cold heavy cream
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

Whip the cream in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment (you can also use a hand mixer). When it starts to thicken, add the sugar and vanilla and continue to beat until firm. Don't overbeat!

Yield: 1 cup
