Ingredients:
2 ounces white rum
2 ounces simple syrup
1 lime, cut into wedges
5 raspberries
12 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
Club soda
Directions:
Place the lime wedges, mint and raspberries in the bottom of a highball glass. Using a spoon or muddler gently crush all ingredients just to release their oils.
Fill a glass 3/4 way full with ice, then top with rum and club soda. Carefully mix until well combined. Garnish with remaining mint springs and raspberries.
