For the main event, marinate some chicken breasts with Thai flavor and throw them on the grill. This recipe is so easy you won't believe it. Serve on a large platter over rice.
Ingredients:
1 Lbs chicken breast
3 gloves of garlic
2 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Teaspoon Thai chili paste (or as much as you dare)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the chicken and whisk to combine. Pour into a large zip lock bag and add the chicken. Marinate for at least six hours.
Then grill either on an outdoor grill or inside on a grill pan.
Prep Time:
6 to 8 hours
Serve:
We love to serve this dish as a main, but it's also a super yummy appetizer. Simply slice some chicken cutlet into 2 inch chunks, marinate as directed above and skewer. Paired with a peanut dipping sauce it's always a crowd favorite at our parties.
