By now, you should know that we don't think it's a party unless a signature cocktail is served. Our Spicy Mango martini is so delicious, with just the right amount of heat to balance the sweetness from the mango puree. For those who "like it hot," you can always add more chili paste.
Cheers, or as we say in Thailand, "Chok Dee Krap!"
1 1/2 ounces vodka
3 ounces mango puree
1/2 teaspoon Thai chili paste
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake vigorously and strain into chilled martini glasses.
Garnish with a thin slice of mango or a dried red chili, which looks so dramatic against the bright orange background of the cocktail, and warns your guests that what they're about to sip is spicy!
