Aromatic and crisp, this modern spin on the classic summer drink is ideal for celebrating Earth Day - or as a season-long sip while you work in the garden.

Summertime and gin go hand in hand, and this year I love the aromatic scents of floral flavored gins. They add that something special to the traditional Gin and Tonic, and will give your cocktails that extra Earth Day experience with their floral accents.

Made in advance and filled 3/4 of the way full, all that is left to do is add the ice and enjoy the festivities.

Ingredients:

3 Ounces of Tonic

1 Ounce of Nolet’s Silver Gin

1 Ounce of Fresh Lemon Juice

Slice of Lemon

Directions:

Add the tonic, Nolet’s Silver Gin and lemon juice to a jam jar, taking care to fill it 3/4 of the way full. Before sealing the jar, garnish with a slice or two of lemon.

Serve along side an ice bucket to avoid diluting the cocktail, then instruct guests to add ice to cocktail, shake and enjoy when they're ready.
