The Les Miserables Cocktail Recipe

A cocktail worth taking your time sipping on, our Les Miserable is inspired by the timeless musical that was recently made into an epic, award-winning film.

It's a quick and simple cocktail recipe that is made with a sugar dusted rim to keep the bitterness of the lemon perfectly balanced with the recognizable taste of French Brandy.

This French flavored sip is probably something you wouldn't normally mix up, but we encourage you to give it a try as the flavor is something we enjoy a lot!

Ingredients:

2 ounces of French Brandy

1 ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice or lemonade

1 ounce of tonic water

sugar for dusting

1 cocktail cherry

Directions:

Rim the glass with refined white sugar, and then, in a cocktail shaker, add the lemon juice and tonic water and shake until fully blended.

If you are looking for a tart cocktail use the fresh lemon, for something less, opt for the lemonade.;

Add the Brandy to the glass and strain the contents of your cocktail shaker into the glass.

Garnish with a cherry before serving.
