The Lincoln Rye Cocktail Recipe

This cocktail shot is full of zest! Complete with lots of citrus flavor, it's a small drink serving that packs plenty of kick.

Inspired by the most popular President this year, thanks to one particular big screen flick, our Lincoln Rye recipe might not look like much, but like its name-sake, proves just how powerful it is with one sip.

If you prefer a softer sip, you can always add ice and some ginger ale.

Ingredients:

1 ounce of Rye Whiskey

1 1/2 ounces of dry vermouth

1 ounce of lemon juice

Directions:

In a whiskey glass, add the Rye Whiskey, vermouth and lemon juice. Gently stir to blend before serving over ice or in a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon slice or peel.
