Signature Cocktails
Lara created two signature cocktails that were tray passed on chess boards throughout the cocktail hour.
  • The Blue Gigi
    Pineapple and Lemon, laced with Blue Curacao, Bacardi Light rum and Grey Goose vodka.
  • Grey Goose Queen Lychee Martini
    Grey Goose vodka, Soho Lychee Liqueur and Lychee Juice.
The Menu
Dinner was served family style and placed on the center of the table. The menu included:
  • Classic Pupu Platters
  • Roasted Chilean Seabass Filet Prepared a Wood Burning Oven; Soy Glazed and served with Garlic Bok Choy.
  • Banana Wrapped Salmon with Coconut Rice
  • Jidori Chicken Served with Yellow Japanese Curry.
  • Szechuan New York (Prime 28-Day Dry Aged Black Angus New York Steak finished in a Wood Burning Oven. Served with our Exotic Salts and Asian Steak Sauce
  • Sides including Taro Root Fries, Wok Charred Sweet Corn, Sauteed Pea Tendrils and Vegetable Fried Rice
For Dessert, guests were served custom CRUMBS Cupcakes. The cupcakes were a mix of vanilla and chocolate with and were decorated with a scan of the book cover.

Gift Bag
Each guest was given a copy of Gigi's book, Queen Takes King, a blue C &C California t-shirt rolled and tied with a green ribbon. Guests were also given CRUMBS Bakeshop gift certificates, which were placed in blue envelopes.
