Knock guests socks off at your holiday party with this fresh take on the Gibson cocktail. Our new Gibson cocktail comes complete with the expected gin and vermouth, but has the unexpected twist of a chive garnish and splash of onion juice. A generous splash of club soda gives this old country club cocktail a contemporary edge.

Did you know? A classic Gibson cocktail is almost exactly the same as a classic martini? The only difference is that while a martini is garnished with a skewered olive, the Gibson gets dressed with a skewered pickled onion!
