The New Gibson

Ingredients

1 ounce premium gin
1/2 ounces dry vermouth
3 ounce club soda
1 splash of cocktail onion juice
2 chive spears

Directions

Add gin, vermouth, club soda and onion juice over ice in a tall glass.

Garnish with a couple of chive spears and serve.
