The Academy Awards ceremony is one of the most highly-anticipated, glamorous events of the year. In addition to the distribution of those iconic gold statues known as Oscars (or, formally, as Academy Awards of Merit), the night is filled with famous celebrities, shocking fashions statements, and fabulous after-parties.
