3 fresh peaches sliced and cored
A handful of fresh strawberries and raspberries
5-6 orange slices
Homemade whipping cream, to taste (store bought is OK, but homemade is best!)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 ounces of 7up or Sprite
3 ounces of vodka for soaking
1 ounce of vodka for mixing
In a large mixing bowl, add the fruit and vodka and allow them to soak for 2-3 hours. While soaking, whisk the whipping cream and vanilla extract together to create thick peaks and store in the fridge until you are ready to create the cocktail.
When ready, assemble the cocktail by adding ice to a wide bowl glass, top with the fruit blend, and then top all of that with an ounce of vodka and the whipped cream to your cocktail glass. Pour the soda over the entire mixture and enjoy.
