Who doesn't enjoy indulging in an ice cream float every once in a while? As kids, these sweet sips were slurped up with much fanfare, and often they were made for a special reason.
While you may not have them same perks as you did when you were a kid - we're looking at you, waistline! - there's one upside you really can't beat. No one can tell you when you can or can't indulge in an ice cream float, just as they can't tell you not to spike it with a little something extra.

So, be it the middle of summer or the middle of February in NYC, give this simple to make, easy to enjoy spiked ice cream float a try. It's inspired by the romantic drama Hope Floats and we're making it this Valentine's Day as a special treat, but we hope you'll find whatever reason you can to give it a try!
Ingredients:
5 ounces of orange soda
1 ounce of orange liquor
1 once of vodka
1 scoop of vanilla Ice cream
whipped cream
orange garnish
Directions:
In a tall glass, add the orange soda, liquor and vodka and stir well. Top with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream, a dollop of Whipped Cream and garnish with an orange slice before serving.
