More Party Ideas

The best way to get the most out of your camp-fire- roast marshmallows- Here's what to do with them.

Tip 1

Set up a S'more Bar

Have a group of family or friends over for an evening of eating s'mores and sharing stories. Create a self-serve s'more bar by laying out all of the extra goodies anyone could possibly want. To coax your guests out of a traditional s'more rut, print up some delicious twists on the traditional s'more and place them at your table in picture frames

Tip 2

Serve Up a S'more-tini

The summery goodness of a s'more needn't be restricted to food -- share the wealth and serve guests a yummy campfire cocktail. The S'moretini is a perfect dessert drink to serve guests just before Fourth of July fireworks, or after a delicious backyard barbeque .
Expert Tip: You can make a kid-friendly version of this recipe (below) by substituting lowfat milk for the vodka.

Tip 3

S'mores go to France

The S'more Crepe Your guests will be saying "Ooh-la-la!" when you serve up this twist on the traditional American s'more. To create the S'more Crepe, simply fill a regular hot crepe with chunks of graham cracker and nutella (or other chocolate spread) and top it off with a heaping spoonful of warm marshmallow fluff. Drizzle the mouth-watering concoction with a bit of warm fudge and voila: you have yourself a S'more crepe.

Tip 4

S'more Ice Cream Sundaes

Why trek to the ice cream store when you can make an awesome S'more Sundae at home? This is a great treat to make with the whole family or for a kid's party since it's quick and easy to make. The only prep you need to do beforehand is to freeze a slab or stone cutting board overnight. You can also pre-crush the graham crackers if you prefer not to deal with the possible mess while creating the sundaes.

Tip 5

S'more Cake, Please!

The great thing about a S'more Cake is that it's easy to serve and doesn't have the same mess-making potential as regular s'mores. Your guests also don't have to worry about burning marshmallows -- or their tongues! Serve it la mode with Vanilla and Fudge ice cream to really wow partygoers.
