Save money this holiday season by turning your fall decor into your holiday decor.
It's simple, fun, and easy to do. Best of all, you get to save space in your decorating closet by reusing the same wreath for another season!
In the video below, Celebrations.com Expert Shawn Rabideau shows you how to transform a fall wreath into a gorgeous holiday wreath. Watch for a step-by-step guide.
Here's how you can do this project at home:
Supplies
A fall wreath
Brightly colored metallic balls (or other holiday shape) ornaments, floral wire already attached (available at any craft store)
Green floral tape
Wire clippers
Directions
Step 1: Remove any fall-themed decor from the wreath, leaving a neutral base.
Step 2: Use the wires on the base of the balls to wrap them into bouquets.
Step 3: Wrap the base of the bouquets in floral tape.
Step 4: Snip the wire bundle about three-quarters of the way down.
Step 5: Use twist twies or floral wire to attach the bundles attractively to the wreath.
