Please all your meat-loving friends at your next tailgating party with this delicious pasta bake. Filled with three different kinds of breakfast meat, it's the ideal dish to get game day started off on the right foot.
Triple meaty, and grilled, this dish is savory, it’s filling, and it’s sure to be a hit as it pair so well with those mid-morning brews.

Ingredients:
1/2 a box rotini pasta
6 slices turkey bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 slices honey ham (I used Cook’s pre-sliced ham), cut into 1-inch chunks
6 breakfast sausage links
6 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 small white onion, chopped
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
The night before:
Cook the rotini al dente and refrigerate in a 1-gallon ziplock bag.
In a large, nonstick skillet, cook the sausage links until fully browned, about 8-10 minutes. Once cooled enough to touch, cut into small pieces and set aside in medium sized bowl.
Using same skillet, spray with nonstick cooking spray and add bacon pieces. Continue cooking until almost cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Add sliced ham and continue cooking an additional 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan and add to bowl with sausage.
Wipe out the skillet and add 2 tablespoons olive oil, chopped onion, and a pinch of salt. Sauté for 4-5 minutes, until onions are slightly translucent. Remove from heat, add onions to meat mixture, and refrigerate.
If desired, place oregano, basil, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese in a small ziplock baggie.
While at the tailgate:
Place an iron skillet on the grates of a medium-hot grill. Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil, the precooked pasta, the three-meat and onion mixture, the spices, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Toss to combine.
Continue to sauté and stir frequently, until pasta begins to brown and get slightly crunchy, about 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
