Andrea Correale, party planning expert to the stars shows us how to present appetizers in visually appealing ways for a unique dining experience. Correale explains that it's great to be creative, but you should also be mindful to create presentations that are easy for your guests to eat. Here are some simple suggestions that will really add some cache to your traditional appetizers.
Use silverware instead of dishes. Create a miniature Caprese salad on a seafood fork. You can also serve individual servings on Shrimp cocktail on a fork and then serve a combination of grilled pineapple and coconut chicken on a spoon.
Serve a cruditee in a glass. Use a shot glass or candle votive. This a a stunning presentation that is also easy for your guests to eat. They can simply grab their servings and go.
