My brunch cocktail of choice has always been a Bellini. I've tried so many different versions of this classic cocktail recipe and there are a few that have stood out as special to me and this version is at the top of that list.
A traditional Bellini is made with sparkling Italian white wine and peach puree, and while that surely is delicious, there's an even yummier mix that I enjoy.
Adding a shot of Ciroc Ultra Premium Vodka to the drink definitely makes this a stronger sip than the classic, but, in my opinion, that's better! I love the bite the vodka gives this drink and the more subtle peach undertones it brings to the cocktail.
1 ounce Ciroc Peach Vodka
sparkling white wine
slice of peach for garnish
Pour a shot of the Ciroc Peach Vodka into a champagne flute. Top off with your sparkling white wine, garnish with a slice of peach and serve.
