Inspired by the pranks of Ron Weasley – these chocolate candies are full of walnuts and white chocolate, and easy enough to make that even the youngest Harry Potter fan can make them.
Ingredients
1 bag of white chocolate melting chips
1 tablespoon of clear honey
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
1 cup of chopped walnuts
Directions
Fill a sauce pan half way with water and bring to a rolling boil, then cover with a glass-mixing bowl.
Add the white chocolate, butter and honey and stir until melted. Then remove from heat.
Place a small mound of walnuts equal space apart onto a sheet of parchment or wax paper, and then spoon the melted chocolate over the mound of walnuts. Once finished, place in the refrigerator for an hour to set before serving.
