Chocolate dipped pretzels are quickly becoming one of the most popular treats. They work really great as favors and as a quick, sweet snack, plus they're a cinch to prepare. These would be great to give out to your friends and families as a St. Patrick’s Day dessert thanks to the addition of green sprinkles!
Ingredients:
14 ounces White Chocolate, Chopped
1 tablespoons Shortening
10 ounces Pretzel Rods
Green Sprinkles
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Place the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Add in the shortening and melt the white chocolate mix, stirring occasionally, until it is smooth and completely melted.
Dip the pretzel rods in the white chocolate and, using a spoon to help, coat the pretzel rod 3/4 of the way up. Carefully place the white chocolate pretzel onto the parchment paper. Immediately cover the white chocolate with green pretzels. Repeat with the remaining pretzel rods. Let the white chocolate pretzels harden completely before carefully peeling them off the parchment paper. Enjoy!

These pretzels last up to 2 weeks in a sealed container.

About 40 Pretzels
