White Chocolate Pineapple Pops

Easy desserts are often my favorite types of dessert. Nothing is better than whipping up a dessert in less than 5 minutes. Here you have an easy White Chocolate Pineapple Pop. Chunks of pineapple are placed on a lollipop stick and then dipped in white chocolate. You get the ease of quick fruit dessert with the appeal of being able to eat it on a stick.

Ingredients

1 pound (1 large can) Pineapple Chunks

2 cups White Chocolate

About 40-50 Lollipop Sticks

Directions

Strain the pineapple chunks and then place on a paper towel to remove any excess liquid. Carefully stick the lollipop stick through the bottom of the each pineapple piece. Dip the pineapple half way into the chocolate. Place the pineapple pop on parchment or wax paper. Repeat with the remaining pineapple pieces.

Allow the white chocolate to dry completely before picking up the pops from the parchment paper. To serve, place the pop in a cup or narrow bowl. 

These can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
