Vineyard Wedding Theme DIY Escort Cards

The escort table will likely be the first place guests see as they enter the reception space. Choose an interesting way to display each card so it ties into your theme. We chose a fun way to display seats while also incorporating the guests favors.

With our Simply Vineyard wedding invitation from Pear Tree Greetings as our inspiration here, we knew we had to incorporate bottled wine into the celebration. Using the cream and green color found on the invitation, we created labels for our cards that were actually mini bottles of wine, which doubled as favors.

To set up our escort table we used the white ruffled backdrop which coordinated with our sweetheart table cloth. Empty frames and flowers helped to give the table some personality and again tie into the old-world, rustic feel first introduced to our guests through our invitation.

To create these escort cards, simply print out the guests information and attach it to the bottle by using adhesive paper to print on or double stick tape. These bottles also double as the guests parting favors!

A simple decorative element to complement the table is a jar filled with wine corks. We used this as a pretty way to display our chalkboard sign. The small sign also mimics the chalkboard bottles placed on the tables and the DIY wine cork place card holders atop each guest's place setting.
