Butterscotch + Marshmallow fluff = Butterfluffer! These fun cupcakes are made by adding a box of butterscotch pudding to a white cake mix. They're filled with marshmallow cream and frosted with a perfectly sweet and fluffy homemade butterscotch frosting. I topped each cupcake with a mini marshmallow.
