I made this cupcake for a friend's birthday. The cupcake is a cookies n cream cheesecake with an oreo cookie "crust" on the bottom. The butterfly is handmade from red & cocoa candy melts and a ribbon of gold decorating gel & white nonpariels.

I'm a cupcake junkie. I started creating cupcakes about two years ago - totally by accident - and totally fell in love. I make cupcakes for all occasions. I work full time, but cupcaking (and diaper-caking) is my passion!
