I based these off the 'Yippee Ki-Yay Cherry Cupcakes' that I entered into Iron Cupcake: Earth three years ago. But with this batch, I decided to have a little fun. After a cake and a frosting that already includes Dr Pepper as an ingredient, what's better than an extra shot to wash it all down with?? Chocolate and Dr Pepper - there's nothing better!
