When I was a kid, my favorite dessert was a drumstick ice cream cone. Now that I'm older, why not have a spin on that concept and make a drumstick cupcake! Each part of the cupcake represents a part of the ice cream cone, from the moist vanilla bean cake, to the gooey caramel and chocolate filling(because getting to that part of the cone was always the best part), to the chocolate on the top sprinkled with nuts, and we cannot forget the crunchy cone that is crunched on top along with encompassing our drumstick. It is a childhood favorite revamped for the cupcake crowd!

Hi, my name is Christine and I am a closet "cupcaker". I have always been passionate about baking. But it wasn't until recent that I started baking cupcakes. Once I put that piping bag in my hand, I haven't looked back! I am a recent college graduate that is not used to the free time on my plate where school and studying used to be. So I have taken up baking and cooking in my free time. I don't bake for a career, I bake so that I can see the enjoyment on the faces of everyone that savers my creations. My coworkers don't complain about being the test dummies for my creations, but they do complain when they aren't getting my sweets. I plan on expanding the range of my baking, and that all starts with sharing my cupcakes with the world!
