One of my younger sisters was getting ready to graduate high school after battling OCD and successfully overcoming it. To celebrate her achievement, these cupcakes were in order and boy were they delicious! :-D

My name is Caroline Edwards. I'm 25 years old, married my high school sweetheart of now 9 years (married for 3+), and we are expecting our first child in May. I graduated from the College of Charleston in Mathematics and Computer Science (2009), moved to Columbia, SC from Charleston (Mount Pleasant - born and raised) to be with my husband and was unsuccessful at finding a 'career'. I discovered my true passion of food (especially baking) while in college, but it was too late to stop and go to culinary school. Once unsuccessful with the job hunt, my geek of a husband (Logan) suggested I start a food blog. I was very against it at first, but it was the best thing that ever happened to me as a homemaker/mom-to-be. I run chocolateandcarrots.com where I primarily focus on healthier baking.
