I had just found out that I passed the bar exam and had promised my readers a recipe involving champagne if I passed. I decided to make these cupcakes into a spin of my favorite cocktail-- Kir Royales. They were a huge hit and everyone in the office loved them. These cupcakes are extra special to me because they represent one of my best achievements!
