Classic Latin American Tres Leches cake turned into a small, easier to eat cupcake! Tres Leches (three milks plus some rum) soaked cupcake, a thin layer of cajeta (Mexican caramel), a very light whipped frosting, sprinkled with a mixture of cinnamon and grated Mexican hot chocolate bar. Simply divine.
