Flambeed pineapple sauce fills this soft, almond cupcake, and the top is adorned with amaretto buttercream. All that's missing is the cherry on top!

Even though I have degrees in chemistry and food science, I prefer to spend my time in a small bakery rather than in the corporate world. The experimentation I get to do is extremely fulfilling, and these cupcakes are one of the results of that!
