My cupcake is a delectable and moist peanut butter cupcake with a middle layer of white chocolate butter cream frosting capped off with the cupkie top of the cupcake flipped upside down and mounded off with a rich and creamy peanut butter cream frosting and drizzled with chocolate ganache! Down here in the South folks call this the Ticket to Meet Jesus because if you eat enough of them you are gonna go meet Jesus!

My name is Brian Allen and I am the owner of an internet based cupcake catering service called Kiss My Cupcake. My cupcake service is a family owned and operated business with the help of my two daughters, my mother and my brothers. My daughters and I started this venture after we became a statistic with the ever failing job market. My mother and grandmother taught me the tricks of the trade down to how to eye the butter cream frosting and know it is just right. Now I have the most wonderful job of teaching the same lessons to my own daughters. Some of our recipes have been passed down through five generations of cooks! I know that America has tons of other bakers who can out bake me in a flashand I am not out to make a name for myself.
