These cupcakes a super moist vanilla cupcake with a hint of cinnamon. The secret to them is actually in the Pumpkin Spice coffee creamer that adds that little something extra. If its not pumpkin spice creamer season, you could easily just use vanilla, or extra milk, and add some extra spices to the batter to compensate. I would say the cinnamon flavor is definitely there, but its not overwhelming at all. Just enough to taste it, and add a little warmth. The star of the show is the banana buttercream. Real bananas are whipped into fluffy buttercream for a surprising twist. Top it all off with some candied walnuts.
