About My Cupcake:

An orange-spiked butter cake filled with a pistachio-ricotta mixture, topped with rich vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and adorned with chopped pistachios, chocolate chips, and a bright red maraschino cherry. It's all the tastes of a traditional cannoli with the cuteness of a cupcake!

I'm a middle school Spanish teacher with a passion for cooking and baking. Cupcakes started as a hobby and bloomed into a full-blown obsession!
