My mom and I began the cupcake creation by making gingerbread and using a small cookie cutter in the shape of a little man. We let the gingerbread men bake and cool, waiting to garnish this deliscious latte treat! The base is a spicy cake with added molasses, cinnamon, and various spices. Each cake is topped with a light cinnamon marshmallow cream frosting, a real gingerbread mini-cookie and whimsical old-fashioned straw.

My name is Jana Hodgins. I have a passion for sweet treats, and taste testing! I work with my mom, Kathleen, and boyfriend, Gabe, to make our favorite kind of cupcakes in inspiration for a potential business. In addition to the gingerbread latte, we have a Carmel macchiato cupcake, biscuit bacon breakfast cake, enchilada sup'cake, and my favorite, tiramisu cupcake. :)
