My mom and I began the cupcake creation by making gingerbread and using a small cookie cutter in the shape of a little man. We let the gingerbread men bake and cool, waiting to garnish this deliscious latte treat! The base is a spicy cake with added molasses, cinnamon, and various spices. Each cake is topped with a light cinnamon marshmallow cream frosting, a real gingerbread mini-cookie and whimsical old-fashioned straw.
