These are a variety of coconut cupcakes with cream cheese icing. Some have just cream cheese icing, sweet flaky coconut, toasted sweet flaky coconut, toasted cinnamon sugar pecans and almonds drizzled in chocolate and caramel sauce and one topped with a coconut cookie.
