My husband was born without a sweet tooth. He can go without dessert 100% of the time...well, not quite. I finally found his sweet spot, so to speak. Key Lime Pie Cupcakes. I add a graham cracker crust to the bottom of key lime cake and top with a tart and sweet key lime cream cheese frosting. These cupcakes are moist, crunchy, tart and delicious. And I can finally enjoy at least one dessert with my husband.
