This cupcake is inspired by Elvis and his favorite sandwich, which consisted of bananas, peanut butter, and bacon between two slices of buttered bread. My adaptation involves banana cupcakes that are filled with a fluffy and decadent peanut butter mousse and topped with smooth vanilla buttercream frosting.
